Market Watch ran this article and basically a plug for a book but it’s an interesting read. I haven’t read the book but I think the premise that is proposed is sound…
We have some tough challenges ahead, anybody think we should be neglecting our infrastructure in favor of building sports arena’s? I think the answer to that would be unanimous if this stuff was going on in your neighborhood… Just wait it will be at the rate we’re going!
That’s it New York, layoff firefighter instead of closing a few art museums. I for one would rather see the schools closed than be without adequate fire fighter coverage but that’s just me?
Just when you thought it couldn’t get worse… Some states are holding their residents income tax returns… First they steal your money and then they hold it hostage. I think that if this begins to happen in any wide spread way, a storm will be brewing that the states haven’t got enough umbrella’s to go around for!
What have I been saying about the housing market and a self fulfilling prophecy. More foreclosures will only make the matter worse but here they come anyway!
